Ad Campaign – Digital Marketing & Web Design Agency
Effective Date: 22 August 2025
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to digital marketing, advertising, website design, e-commerce development, SEO, social media management, content creation, and other online services provided by Ad Campaign.
1. Service Booking & Advance Payment
To begin a project, clients may be required to pay an advance or initial project fee. Work, resource allocation, domain/hosting setup, advertising setup, design, development, or other project activities may begin after payment confirmation.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, because resources and professional time may already have been allocated to the project.
2. Website & E-commerce Projects
For website, WordPress, WooCommerce, landing page, and e-commerce projects:
- Cancellation before work begins may be considered for a refund, subject to applicable payment-processing or administrative charges.
- Once design, development, content preparation, configuration, or other project work has started, the amount attributable to completed work is non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled after partial completion, Ad Campaign may deduct the value of work already completed and refund any eligible remaining balance.
- Domain registration, hosting, premium themes, plugins, software licenses, third-party services, and other non-refundable purchases are not refundable where the third-party provider does not provide a refund.
3. Digital Marketing & Advertising Services
For SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, social media management, lead generation, and other ongoing marketing services:
- Monthly or campaign fees become non-refundable once the relevant service period or campaign work has started.
- Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, YouTube, or other advertising platforms are subject to those platforms’ own policies and are not automatically refundable by Ad Campaign.
- Results such as leads, sales, traffic, followers, rankings, or revenue cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated in a written agreement.
- Cancellation for the next billing period should be requested before the next service period begins.
4. Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation by contacting Ad Campaign through the official communication channel used for their project.
The cancellation request should include:
- Client name
- Project/service name
- Invoice or order reference
- Reason for cancellation
- Date of cancellation request
Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a full refund.
5. Cancellation by Ad Campaign
Ad Campaign may suspend or cancel a project where:
- Required client information or materials are repeatedly not provided.
- Payments remain outstanding.
- The client requests unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activities.
- The project substantially violates the agreed terms.
- Continued work becomes commercially or technically impractical.
Where appropriate, any eligible refund will be calculated after deducting completed work, committed third-party expenses, and applicable charges.
6. Client Delays
Project timelines may be affected when clients delay providing:
- Content
- Images
- Login credentials
- Approvals
- Business information
- Product information
- Required documents
Such delays do not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
7. Revisions & Corrections
Reasonable revisions included in the agreed project scope will be provided according to the project agreement.
Requests that substantially change the original scope, design direction, functionality, number of pages, products, integrations, or deliverables may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method where technically possible. Processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment provider.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following may be non-refundable where already purchased or consumed:
- Domain registration
- Hosting
- Premium themes
- Plugins and software licenses
- Third-party subscriptions
- Advertising platform charges
- Stock assets or paid media
- Completed design/development work
- Completed SEO or marketing work
- Payment gateway or transaction charges
10. Exceptional Refund Requests
If a client believes there are exceptional circumstances that justify a refund, they may submit a written request. Ad Campaign will review the request based on the project status, payments received, work completed, third-party expenses, and applicable agreement.
11. Policy Changes
Ad Campaign may update this policy when necessary. The policy applicable to a project may also be supplemented by the specific quotation, invoice, proposal, service agreement, or terms accepted by the client.
12. Contact
For cancellation or refund requests, please contact Ad Campaign – Digital Marketing & Web Design Agency through the official contact details provided on your invoice, quotation, or website.
Important: This policy should be read together with the applicable quotation, invoice, proposal, service agreement, and any written terms agreed with the client. Where applicable law provides a mandatory consumer refund or cancellation right, those legal rights will prevail.
